Poor Customer service
Hello,
I had purchased micro max q 55 on 24 May 2010 in mumbai.The handset want into "handset mode" was nt coming to " General mode". So on 23rd it was submittied to " Dynamic Enterprises", Chembur for repair. But after repaire its FM was nt working so submitted again on 30th Oct. The services centre promise to delivey within 4 days.
But after two weeks, they are saying parts not avialable and not sure when company will issue parts.

we purchased 3 mobile set with bill,
but suddenly problem started, by network and Phone search book.
we tried to contact service center and customer care micromax.
direct customer care 18605008286 not attending to my call we tried from many Different - Different Phone But they never answering.
it's really bad customer service.
i was using NOKIA .i really like NOKIA,
I really Done Big Mistake in my like i selected MicroMax.
and Bangalore service center closed i called and they gave me this number: 9342886000 /bangalore /location: BanaShankri.
They don't know about mobile repair. u can know easily when u will speak them.
