my sister bought this cell Q55 i.e MICROMAX BLING for mr on june 18 / 2010. the streo head phone which was
included in the set was not working properly when i first used it. i went to the service centre next day for
complain bt they didin't give me a written confirmation of the complaint and just told me that the replacement will be available in 12 working days. it has been more than two months and there is no clue of my replaced set they still deny me any written conformation about my complain and every time i call they again say i ahve to wait 5 days or more and this routine goes on and on i am fed of this mess. plz help these people are taking customers for granted and fooling them
