We have approached the vendor to resole the problem he had send his service engineer to repair the floppy drive, which was not functioning. On checking the system his engineer communicated that there is fault in motherboard, as floppy drive and motherboard are not compatible and remedy is to replace motherboard and on November 5, 2006 when Mr Rajput checked the system, he communicated that fault is due to faulty CPU body.

We have requested the vendor to solve the problem but till date it is not solved, on November 11, 2006 I had said if problem is not attended immediately I will be forced to file complaint in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, on listening the same. He communicated do what ever you want to do
