Dear Sir/Madam,

Reference to your mail of today. We write to inform you that we are working under the Government of United Kingdom and our duty is to ensure that any money moving out of this country is obtained legally and do not associate with any illegal activities. As per your request, we are willing and ready to issue the declaration Certificate to you to help you have easy passage of your fund to your country. You may wish to know that this is a tax office and we are working for the entire government of this country.

For us to Certify any fund moving out of this country, the beneficiary have to obtain Anti Euro Union Declaration Certificate from our office for adequate fund declaration which is in accordance with the Policy act of 1965 Section 5 (c) act 41 as amended in 2000. Upon the receipt of the aforementioned stipulated charge as on line with the offsetting the act of 1965 as amended in 2000, in no recalcitrant we will issue the Anti Euro Union Declaration Certificate for the Approval to Ministry Of Finance /Barclays bank for immediate transfer of your fund to your registered bank account. Failure to comply by this notice will contribute to the seizing and subsequent confiscating of your fund by the Government.
