We have purchase a number of Office Professional Packages from our local dealer. We believed that Business Contact manager for Outlook 2010 will be included on these Disk's. Big Mistake ---- You have to download the BCM from a given Web site (via Microsoft).
You first have to say that you accept an Microsoft License Agreement, then it takes you a Digital River's web page where you have to enter your License Code, select your language and enter thier funny code that you hardly can read.
The System goes away, validating your License and after a long time it times out with the error 504 Gateway Timeout.
I Have phone Microsoft and the referred me to Digital River. Digital river says they cannot help me since they need a Microsoft Order Number. Since I have purchased these packages via our local supplier, where can I get a Microsoft Order from. I'm on my way returning now all the 2010 Office packages. I cannot accept that nobody can help me. I'm in catch 22 and I know Microsoft Stinks with a very bad smell.
Oracle's openoffice looks so much better now..
