CHARGED 59.95 AND DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ORDERED THE ULTIMATE DEAL AND WAS CHARGED AND 59.95 FOR THE PRODUCT. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DOWNOAD ANYTHING OR HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ANY KIND OF TECH SUPPORT. I AM GOING TO MY BANK AND DISPUTE THIS MATTER AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE FACT THAT MICROSOFT IS INVOLVED IN SCAMS LIKE THIS.
