I have wasted nearly two hours trying to contact MSN to let them know that I do not want BING, or any other MSN service, as my default, for anything. Yes, I have tried to remove it from the toolbar, etc... The point is-it should not be this much trouble to say "NO." MSN needs to contact me, @ [email protected], and tell me exactly how to block them. I also want a direct way to contact their customer service department, if they actually have one...This is a violation of the "NO CALL LIST, " or at least, it should be.
