On June 3, 2009 I purchased (downloaded) the Microsoft Office 2007 and all was fine until I recently had to "clean out" my computer due to viruses and start with what I had when I first purchased it which did not include the Microspft Office. I cannot find the key, but have proof of the purcdhase on my credit card. When I called Microsoft, they say they have no record of the sale, so who are thes people on my charge card and how do I get the key code? I cannot afford to buy it again and it is very much needed.
