Pl ref to my request number for Demo of New LG Microwave oven purchased on 07 Nov 2010. Even after repeated calls to your call centre and to the service centre in Delhi (mehrauli area) no one has been turned up to give the demo. Every day they used to say o.k. we will send the engr today. I spoke to concerned Supervisor as well as Head of service centre in delhi. finally I hope its better to write to you. Kindly let me know generally how many days you will take to attned a customer.
secondly if the even after a week no one is turned up to my complaint/request for demo then who is responsible to give reply for the delay to attend my complaint.

THE LG STORE DOES NOT HAVE FACILITY OF PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARD.DEMO.PERSON WAS RUDE, NOT GIVING TIME AS TO WHEN HE WILL COME.IT HURTS SENIOR PROFESSIONAL CITIZENS LIKE US.IT SEEMS LG INDIA DOES NOT CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.

I had bought this oven in 2005. Day before yesterday, flames started coming out from the rear of the oven. When ewe complained, the service engineer said he can attend the complaint only on a Tuesday. This is really bad that a reputed company oven goes bad in such a short duration and the service engineer takes so long to attend it.

Also, I want to bring to your notice that it is really not safe that flames come from the oven.
