My Amana microwave, model no. AMV1160VAS2 Serial TRY 1210666 has never worked properly. Two different repairmen at two different times have comea and taken it apart, each spending three hrs. appiece from AE factory. It's still in pieces. A senor repairman was supposed to show up on April 1 and never did. The people renting our apartment waited all day since no exact time was given to them. They are furious with me and the AE factory and will not let anyone else come. I am without a microwave and angry renters. This is absurd .

The microwave is not even working yet.It has not been repaired.
Let's talk about extensions after it's fixed or better yet replaced! Do you know how annoying it is to have someone in your kitchen for over 6 hours and not having any postitive results?
By now( I'm sure you have paid him more than the worth of the microwave and still he must come back whenever you get the back order of parts in.)We have no idea when that will be. It may well take 6 months!
