I have been proving my payments are up to date for over a month now. They can't scan a check properly and have flubbed on three of mine and I have had to send new ones to take their place. Then they want to charge me a late fee. I think not!! I have been late on nothing and have made all my payments up to date. These people have no accounting skills at all. I will say this one employee has been very helpful and is working to get it all resolved. I have totally had with this company and if it were not for the kindness and faithfulness of this employee (initials L.B.) my attorney would be handleing this now. What has happened isn"t even complicated to fix its just no one who is allowed to fix it will listen to her! Their loss if this continues. Thanks for listening. D.Kinney P.S.
