My daughter and I thought we had medical coverage though this company, but it appears that we only pay for insurance. When medical bills are presented they are denied for payment. The list of excuses is long for this company. 80% coverage of medical bills must have only been a promise by Mid-West Life Insurance Company. It is certainly not a promise they intended on keeping.

My doctor called Mid-West Life Insurance to make sure the procedure was covered. Mid-West said it was covered and then they refused to pay my doctor. My credit and my relationship with my doctors has changed.
