Watch out for this bank and the fact they seem to make up their own rules. They run promotions to open accounts and change the terms after the fact to avoid giving out the premiums. They add stipulations that are not disclosed in the initial offer or even in any of their fine print. Deceptive in their advertising and their disclosures to consumers. Watch out!
