Change the dates on the papers, submit it on your credit files and most of the time you don't know its there until you request credit! If your being harassed by them, Buy yourself a whistle and put it by your phone, , dont be afraid to use it, They wont call back, anytime soon. Check out YOUR states Statute of Limitations on debt collection, CONSUMER Debt Law, , Texas is 4 years, , any uncollected, inactive debt has expired its limits to collect, , Dont admit the debt, Dont pay them, and file a complaint with your states attorney general, , I just found these a-holes on my credit report, and the ALLEGED debt goes back to 1992! Dont pay, they'll go away (if you file a complaint) Give in they win!!
