I've use MM/Rxiop for months, at the very least since October or November. I've placed countless orders with them (which alll add up to thousands of dollars spent) that went through without a hitch.
But about 2 months ago I place an order for 3 Bromazepam and 2 Temgesics.
I didn't go through the package until recently because I was in the middle of moving and got side tracked. Yesterday, I opened the package and saw 2 Bromazepam and 1 Temgesic.
Now I'll admit the package was tossed around a bit and perhaps I lost track of 1 of the sealed packs of Bromazepam.
But the 2 sealed Temgesic packages were there and I opened both.
1 package had all 50 Temgesics in it. So I open the other sealed Temgesic package (so I can put them in a bottle together) and all that's in that package is 1 Temgesic (not the 50 pills that should be there) and cotton. Usually the pills are hidden in the cotton so I searched through them all until the cotton was practically shredded.
So they sent me an empty package of Temgesic.
I sent an email immediately of this, stating the sealed Temgesic bag was empty and contained only one pill--and that I'm missing 1 pack of Bromazepam.
Their response was rude, patronizing and basically blamed me because it's (in their words) "impossible" to make mistakes on an order and it's somehow my fault. (Despite that the empty Temgesic package was SEALED) and I only noticed 2 of 3 Bromazepam packages present.
I politely asked what they could do to fix this. They said (because their oh-so perfect and physically impossible for them to ever make mistakes) they won't make any effort to fix the problem. In fact, the message sent seemed to suggest I was making the whole thing up--despite that I JUST placed another order with them last week (this was before I noticed the problems with the prior order, of course.)
So as I see it, I've been scammed out of $200+, despite being a loyal
customer to MM/Rxiop for a decent period of time.
But what irritates me most is the customer service was deplorable and they're making zero effort to fix the problem.
So as a warning to current MM/Rxiop customers, don't count on them if something goes wrong with your order. They'll automatically wash their hands of any liability, imply it's your fault, and probably be rude in the process.
I will NEVER use MM/Rxiop again and advise others to choose an IOP with customer service that actually cares about their customers.
