I setup a payment plan with a representative, then called to cancel it they SAME day I set up the payment plan. She was very nasty when I told her to cancel that payment date, and said that the whole agreement will be null and void. I said okay. Just cancel the payment and don't take my money out. Lo and behold, the money was taken out of my account anyway, which put me in a -$470 overdraft. I have been speaking to the "manager", Mr. Eggleston who on the first day said that he apologizes & that they will pay my money back plus 2 overdraft charges. Today, he recants and says they cannot pay me back my money because there is nothing in the system that says that I cancelled. Is that my fault? I don't have control over how efficient his employees are. But, he chose to believe her over me. Hello! I would not be going through all this if the debit was legitimate. I have filed a formal complaint againt this company with my bank. The charge and overdraft fees are included in my claim.
I have also seen on other websites that they attempt to collect debts from 23 years ago. They send you NO documentation of anything. This company is a scam and need to pay me my money and overdraft fees back!
