I decided to try a free trial when I called them about trying their good days pills. They told me I only have to pay the ship/hand and then if I didn't like them to cancel within 30 days. I called on the 20th day because the pills were doing nothing for me. They said I was good to go, they had canceled me from any further shipments and gave me a confirmation number. Ten days later I received a whole new shipment of the pills. I called and told them that I had returned the pills unopened that very next day and that I had a confirmation that I had canceled within the time period they specified. They told me that they never received a call from me and there was no record I called...also told me that they don't accept returns because of safety reasons yet the package I received was untouched and sent return to sender almost around the same time the mail man dropped it off. They told me that they still would charge me the remaining balance on that package. They also said they "canceled" me again and gave me another confirmation number. I had to change my bank account. I think this is awful what they are doing to people with anxiety. They are abusing people who have some problems. I thought I was an aware consumer and look what happened to me. Beware of these people. They are bad news and they will continue to steal from people.
