I am writing this consumer fraud complaint regarding a vehicle I purchased from MIDWEST LUXURY and IMPORT, a.k.a. MCLS. On October 25, 2007 I traded in my BMW 530i and purchased a BMW 645ci. As of January 9th, 2008 I have not received the title for the 645ci (it will be 4 months January 25). When I contacted the Dealership they screen all incoming phone calls and place me on hold until I hang up from being on the line for hours. Moreover, It took the dealership approximately three months to payoff my 530i after several threatening phone calls for my credit union (the actual Lien holder of the 530i).
Meanwhile, after several weeks of calling the dealership I finally spoke to OGA and she told me the reason why I have not received my title is because the prior lien has not been paid off (it is illegal to sell a car without a clean title making this a federal offense. This same action was repeated when they sold my 530i to their next victim with out paying the loan off making me endure additional car payments for a car I no longer possessed)!
So in translation the car I bought from the dealership never had a clean title, which is a clear indication as to why I do not have a title for the vehicle and thus how they continue to commit federal offenses.
After doing a little research, I found that this dealership has done this exact same thing to several customers (I have a list of approx. 6 other individuals). Please for your sake do not buy a car from this dealership! And if this has happen to you contact an attorney and have your attorney look into a class action lawsuit!

In order to force this dealership to operate legitimately we have to have enough complaints from current victims and customers. I am currently in the process of interviewing Lawyers to possibly put together a Class Action Law Suit.
