I too have experienced the rude customer service at RKS Software. I have been using and recommending Mighty Fax since we bought it in 2001.


While reloading my computer I found that my mightyfax serial number would not work.

I went to the website and applied as instructed to be sent the new one. No instant reply as would be expected from a software/computer vendor. I emailed support for help and this is what I received.

By the way your email says the serial number will always work for the current and future versions ...
