I signed up for Mike Filsame's Profit Platform and it had a 30 day guaranty. After going through the program provided I was very uncomfortable with
the tactic he uses to get people to pay money on a monthly basis with his newsletter and on going charge without them noticing what is happening.
I don't think this is ethical.
I sent a copy of my receipt to the address listed on my purchase receipt and ask for a refund before my 30 days expired.
I got no response for several days and during that time I was over the 30 days.
I also called the phone number listed and left message after message and I never to to speak to a person live. I requested to cancel
No results. I tried all of the extentions and options offered and got only voicemail
On the helpdesk it clearly states that people wanting to cancel their newsletter had to speak to a live person. No live person is ever there. This is a rip off way to do business

In the meantime, I was charged a second time. 2 x $389 I am afraid that I will have to cancel my credit card to stop the next payment they intend to charge.

I finally found a note in one of the emails that said I should submit a ticket to the help desk. When I tried to log on there, I could not log in or not access.
I submitted a ticket that said I could not log on to cancel.
Several days letter, I got response asking what I wanted.
I told them again and then again. No results at all
They sent an email that read "Hello

We want to discuss this with you in person, so if you would please provide your
phone
number and the best time to call, we will be happy to talk to one on one and
come to a resolution
with you...and maybe a sizable discount!!

Also, if there is something we can do to correct any issues you had with the
product,
please let us know.

We would like to know why you are requesting a refund. It does help us to:

a) improve our products
b) be better able to help you, our customer

To see if you qualify for a refund, Please submit your original receipt as an
attachment to your
reply back to us. (or copy and paste it into this ticket)

If you have already submitted this, thank you.

If/When a refund is granted, we will put it in the queue to be processed within
5 - 7
business days. Our refund period is 30 days, beginning on the date the purchase
was made, unless
otherwise stated on the site.

Any requests for refunds after the refund period expires will not be granted.

Now I have an email that states " Good Morning,

This is the first time, Feb 3, that we have heard from you.
We are going to stop the billing so that you are not billed for Feb but we

It is very easy to go over the 30 days when you cannot access help or any customer service in a timely manner.
This is very bad marketing for a few buck and a lot of angry people.

If there is anything I can do to correct this situation I would like to.

I supplied my phone number on every email and no one has called me to resolve the issue.
I did receive a call tonight for a company who is seperate but related to Mike Filsame's customers wanting to sell me coaching and other things
"to help me achieve success" Total BS. He uses every trick in the book to take people's money and keep doing it over and over again with various tactics
