I took my new Mercedes Benz to this place for car wash; it was my brand new car which was delivered just 15 days back. I was very very careful about my car, and took extra care of it. When my car was in the washing procedure I waited for it to get over, when the car wash was done I noticed starches on the front left door. I insisted that this was done by them but they were so rude that contradicted me that it was already there when you bought the car. I explained them that it was a brand new car and how I took care of it so there was no chance of such starches. As the starches were on the driving door it would have been quite visible to me. I insisted to talk to the manager, who was another rude character who denied hearing me completely. During all this I noticed that people were looking and therefore I left the matter and with lots of frustration left the place. I was so upset that I kept thinking about it and after 15 minutes of drive I decided to give up and listen to the music, yet another shock was waiting I saw that there was no system in my car, I was panicked and rushed back to the place and explained that the system in my car was missing, they were so different that there was no system when I bought the car in for the wash. I was stunned and went directly to the manager; the manager said that this was just away to put us down as we did not bare the responsibility of the starches. It was time to show colors so I threaten them that I would take this matter to the police, hearing this the manager said that he would investigate about this and would pay me for the system. He told me to settle it here rather than calling the police, I agreed as far as I get my system back. The manager said that he would speak to the owner and arrange the amount of the system and asked me to contact the next day. I have been calling them from past one week but it seems that it is still in procedure. I know that I am begin fooled and have decided to take the matter to the police.
