WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I ordered 2 dresses for upcoming weddings, ordered them very early because I understood the delay in making them. the first was great, but extremely small for the size. I'm a perfect US size 6 and this was closer to a 4. the second dress didn't look anything like what I ordered except that they were both black. the trimming on what I received was gaudy and nothing like the picture. I was told "there is unavoidble disparity between the real item and the picture due to light, angle, and so on." and yes, unavoidable was misspelled. Their English is atrocious. Very long story short, they REFUSED to allow a return, so I'm STUCK with 2 dresses that don't fit, one of which is hideous. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PASS IT ON TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS.

Non-delivery and non-refund
I ordered a prom dress from this company on 3/6/11. They received the money on 3/12/11. The time for delivery has come and no dress. I asked for the order to be canceled and was told that it was and when I went to check on the order again tonight have found nothing has changed and in fact was told that the dress had shipped. When I asked them to stop lying to me I was asked if I would like the order canceled so it is obvious that they were trying to pull a fast one. I asked for a refund and was first told it would be 48 hours and then 72 hours to process and 2-6 weeks for my financial institution to process it...sounds to me like another line of garbage.Needless to say Prom will be this weekend and I have no money to purchase a new dress and no dress. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this company and will never purchase anything outside the USA again!

Order taking too long
I ordered a stock-sized dress on February 11, 2011. It is now March 21, 2011. It said on the website that the order would take twenty days. It is now twice that long. I was told to "be patient." I was told that the dress is being custom made for me (tough to do since I didn't send in any measurements).
I told them that if I didn't get the dress ASAP, I would slam them on every wedding website on the Internet.

no dress and no refund
Florence from Kumasi, Ghana . this site has the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with in my life. I order 3 wedding dresses December 2010 and now its 16 march 2011. still no dress and to refund. each day I contact the customer service I'm told something different. its like I'm talking to a different person each time and they have no record of my complains. I'm very frustrated and don't no what to do so please anyone help

order never received
Order was placed 29 days and the product has not been recieved. Several emails between myself and the company were made. They assured us that the merchandise would arrive soon. They sent two emails with two different delivery dates. After the second failed delivery I attempted to speak to an online customer service person. After several attemps i was able to communicate with one. They informed me that the dresses were not shipped. Which meant that both dresses would not arrive on time for my childrens homecoming. The company was quick to charge my account the day of the order September 15th but will not answer emails or send the product.

Dress was defected and no return honored
I purchase a dress from this company in China, thinking that I was going to have it for a ball. Nonetheless, the dress came and it was too small in the torso area. The length the dress was for someone the is about 5'11 and I sent my height of 5'5. The dress was raggedy at the hem of the dress and the material was so heavy and cheap that it was not fit to wear out. I email several times to be told there is no refund. No to mention they advertise a shawl to come with the dress and they did not send it as well. The dress cost me 176 us dollars. i was not able to wear to the ball. I am not understanding how China can take are money without any repercussion. This have to stop because many people are getting scanned by the wholesale company. I ask for my money back and the company refuse to solve the problem.
