non delivery of item - they propose to send it 5 months after receiving my payment!
I renewed a MileyWorld membership on 3/8/09. MileyWorld accepted my Visa payment. On 5/20/09, I requested a status on the order. An automated answer was sent-indicating that it would take an additional 8-10 weeks. I emailed again and receive a ‘human” response: they are busy with reorders and it would take another 8-10 weeks. Again, I emailed that it was unacceptable. I have sent 3 emails and they refuse to answer. Thanks for their address and phone #.
