I ordered exercise DVDs from this company because of TV advertising. The order was put through on my Amex in Dec for $149 then partially credited in Feb $137.65 and 2 aditional charges on the same bill for $31.45 and $40.89 I never received the DVDs - they said delivery for Canada would be up to 8 weeks - so by the time I complained to American Express I was too late to file a complaint. I am out $87.67.
