I had gone online to try to make a few extra bucks since I was laid off. One of the websites lead me to a group of companies that would give samples for a shipping fee. I responded to several of them. I will never do that again. Only one company has sent the sample they said they would. This one was for green tea, which I did not receive.
Less than 10 days later they charged my card for the full amount of an order, which I did not place. I called to have the money refunded. The customer service person was very rude and asked me to wait for the sample and then try it. I told her I did not want to do business with a company that takes your money before you're even given a chance to try the stuff. She kept trying to talk me into waiting. I kept repeating I wanted a refund. Finally after she was very frustrated she gave me the website for Millionaire Mission with the cancellation pdf. When I tried to access the site I kept getting the message that it didn't exist.
Doing a search I found this website and luckily it had a link to the pdf! I have now printed it out and will forward it to them. I'm hoping to get my $75 back. In this economy we don't need to be ripped off for that kind of money! I think the BBB and Attorney General's office should look into this site.
