Rip off site
I order a pair of shoes from this site on 12/3/08. I received a invoice number and it stated that my order was complete. My checking account was billed and have yet to see a pair of shoes arrive.

never received
I ordered a Ed Hardy sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on 12-6-08. After 6 days I checked the website and it stated the order was cancelled.I emailed them 5 times and the emails were returned stating undeliverable. I checked the website again it has been taken down... I contacted my credit card company and they are checking into it.
MILO SHOES IS A SCAM!!!

No Boots-Credit Card Charged
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on December 4, 2208 and my credit card was charged on December 8, 2008. On December 19, 2008 I received an email from them stating that my order was cancelled. I have no information about this company to get my money returned, DON'T BUY FROM MILO SHOES!!!

PRODUCT NEVER SHIPPED CHARGED CARD
My boyfriend bought me a visa green dot card for my birthday so I could order a pair of Ugg boots. I ordered from this website Milo Shoes because they had the best price around and didn't charge shipping. I placed the order and 3 days later I get a email from the company saying they cancelled my order. They didn't say anything about refunding my card so I checked and they had not. I tried emailing the company several times they didn't have a phone number listed on the website. They never responded to my email. I got a phone number from the credit card company that was someone's cell phone number they never answer the phone. This company needs to be shut down. I wish I read other people's complaints before I placed my order. I didn't even see there complaints I honestly got caught up in the price. This should not be happening in this day of age shut this place down please for your own sake don't order anything from this company.

Charged Credit Card and No Merchandise Delivered
Ordered sneakers online credit card was charged and received an email stating the order was cancelled. No credit card reverse charges.
Order was placed on 12/7/08. Received email stating order was cancelled on 12/19/08.

Credit card charged, merchandise not delivered
Ordered Uggs on 12/8. Credit card charged on 12/9. Received email indicating that the order was cancelled, but there has been no reversal of credit card charge. Uggs were never received. This web site is a scam. DON'T ORDER FROM MILO SHOES!

have not received order
ordered jeans from miloshoes on 11/24 have not heard anything from them for almost a month I have emailed 4 times asking about my order... nothing then today the 17th of dec I get email saying my order was cancelled but they did not say anything about my refund... i have replyed to their email but I am sure I will not hear anything until I make a huge deal of it I will probably have to get my credit card comapnay to give me a refund and go thru the have not received issues ... what a pain in the ass...

Not cancelling an order
Ordered shoes, cancelled within a few hours per there policy, can cancel w/in 24 hours. Never heard from them and they still charged my account.

can't return
I ordered and received the shoes OK, but could not exchange them for a bigger size as there was no return address. The credit card statement had a phone number by the charge, but when I called it, there was a recording in spanish. I did get a response to numerous emails I sent asking what size I needed, but then nothing.
It has been 2 mos since I received the shoes I can't use!
I will definitely write the BBB.

Never received merchandise but charged
Ordered shoes for my son's birthday present and per their agreement on line, I was not to be charged until the shoes were shipped. I was charged the same day I ordered them. I emailed the company 4 times with no response. I still don't have the shoes after a month but they have my money. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company. This company is HORRIBLE!!!
