Fraudulant Business Practices
I just filed a complaint to the BBB (BBB.org). I would encourage everyone to do the same. If they get a large volume of complaints and everyone follows up on the complaint, they will be forced to take action. They have the company on file, as I was able to pick this farce of a company from a list. As you can see, there is no addredd on the Mineral Elements by Eden URL. I am tired of these type of companies. Free is suppose to be FREE.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
This company charged products to one of my credit cards w/o basis of an order, without asking for a CVV code, and without my knowledge. Claims made by customer service when I called was that the product was delivered to me and that I'd have to pay for the charges, no proof of delivery, no proof of order, nothing. The CSR was rude and defensive. I have contacted my issuing bank and contested the charges, the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint, and am contacting the local Postmaster as the company says they shipped product by US Mail.

FRAUD/RIP OFF
THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY GET YOU TO TRY A KIT FOR $9 AND WITHIN 15 DAYS THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD $ 70 . THE PRODUCT IS CRAP AND IF YOU WNAT TO TRY NATURAL MINERALS FOR YOUR SKIN, YOU'RE BETTER OFF TO GO TO THE MALL AND TRY THE ESSENTIAL MINERALS FOR LESS THEN HALF THE PRICE OF THESE CROOKS.

RIP OFF
How can this company continue to rip people off before someone get's the "drift"...any attorneys wanting to make some money? I, as it seems everyone thats ordered this product, was very excited to find an affordable natural based product that we could use & feel good about using, without paying a fortune. HA...I didn't join any club, I just ordered what was supposed to be a trial. There was no mention of 15 day's or they would charge your account 70 bucks! I have family members that have also ordered this product, much to my surprise, and they too are VERY upset. We have all filed complaints and contacted attorneys. SO...MINERAL ELEMENTS...by EDEN (whoever you are), KARMA is headed your way!! I want my money back and you would be better off to start paying people back now as opposed to a MAJOR lawsuit that just might put you out of business. JUST DO THE RIGHT THING...thats all anyone is asking of you! -- SKJ in ARKANSAS

allergic reaction/bad business policies
Wife had allergic reaction.Had no idea FREE /PAY:S/H . Meant I submited to membership. Now YOU PAY!!! Also being a member means, if like to return the product. To get a full refund . They must be unopened. must arrive back to them fifteen days after recieving.Consumer must pay S/H. THIS MEANS I just payed a postal worker for a half hour of thier time.UNOPENED+ELEMENT OF TIME=SHOULD HAVE BEEN MISTAKE IN ORDER.THIS IS NOT MY IDEA OF STIMULATING THE ECONOMY.

"Free Trial" scam
I wanted to try the offer so I signed up for it. I waited about 10 days and still hadn't received anything in the mail. I called Mineral Elements by Eden and asked if they had sent anything. They informed me that the tracking number showed it was delivered. I was advised to wait a few more days to see if anything would show up. Nothing came and I called back. Season told me that I had to ship the product back within 15 days of if showing delivered. I told them I still had not received anything. They told me to go to the post office and ask around. In the mean time, the clock was still ticking for the trial period. I was told that I could just get an RMA # and send the product back and I would only be billed for the shipping charges. I kept in constant contact with these people and finally called them two days after the 'trial period' ended and explained to them that I had to go into the post office on a Saturday and the workers dug through a huge bin of boxes and discovered my little package in there. I called Eden and told them I finally had the product in my hands and was not going to open it or try it. I just wanted the RMA # so I could send the box back. They informed me that I was 2 days past the trial and that $70 was going to be charged to my account. They said there was nothing they could do for me. They wouldn't even give me an RMA # so I could send it back. They offered me coupons to a restaurant and other crap like that. I was passed on to a 'supervisor' who told me I should have extended the trial period. I asked why they were going to offer me an RMA two days previous but they wouldn't give me one now. Alisha said that they couldn't issue an RMA until the product was received. But since I got it after the trial, they couldn't issue one now. I have been completely honest with them and could have asked for an RMA even though I didn't have the package, but since I told them I didn't have the product, they wouldn't issue one. They offered to refund my account $55, but that hasn't happened. They claimed they offered to extend the trial period, which was a bunch of crap, so I called them on it and they said they would review the taped conversations to affirm that. I still haven't heard anything back, which tells me that I am right and they are the ones who screwed up. I have called several more times, and have yet to hear back from Alisha.

AgeInvisible Skin Care Solutions
I was originally "duped" into buying the product, in the first place; immediately following the "free trial (just pay shipping and handling)", I contacted "AgeInvisible" notifying them that I wished to discontinue "any automatic shipments" and be removed from membership. I even kept a copy, of the cancellation, of all future shipments and membership - well...today I received another shipment from the Company, charging my credit card - upon contacting the Company, I find that I am responsible for the "Shipping and Handling" for a product I should never have received. The problem, you have a hard time reaching them by phone and you are never sure what Company to go through on-line.

being charged for something I have not recieved
I signed up for the free trial and I have not recieved it but they have charged me for it on my credit card. Please cancel and do not charge anything else to my card. Should have known better than to try this because all they do is rip you off.
