Never order anything from this company they are a fraud. They scam innocent people out of their hard money and don't give u your money back when you ask for a refund. They should be shut down

I wanted to try an different kind of make up besides bare minerals. So I found this make up site for Mineral Element DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT DO NOT SIGN UP, DO NOT TRY IT OTHER WISE THEY WILL CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, Thank god I used my paypal card, I had to put in a dispute in order to get my money back. This company tell you that it is only a $1.00 trial for a 14 day period, they charge the $1.00 then the next day they charge you another $3.95 for who knows what, and if you do not call them within the first 3 days, they will charge your account the full amount, I am sending it back return to sender. What is even worse when I did go to use the makeup, after I took off the plastic that covered the holes, I made sure I snapped the plastic lid back on, then when I went to shake the container that holds the makeup, into the lid, just like they say to do, the lid came completely off and I had makeup all over my sink, everyone of those containers where just like that, THAT EVEN PISSED ME OFF MORE. I called them this morning because of the holiday weekend, I told her I did not want it, she wants me to pay to send it back, BULLSHIT, I glued the box back together and wrote on it return to sender, this has not been opened, never ordered, let them pay the fee for trying to rip me off, and for trying to sell a faulty product. WORST THING I EVER ORDER OVER THE INTERNET. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL SITES AND COMPLAINTS BEFORE YOU ORDER, IF I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT, I WOULD HAVE FOUND ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT HERE.

I was offered a advertisement for a Dell Laptop if I took three trial orders, as I got into this further after giving my debit card information .I realized this was just a scam. The companies offered were Netflix, Ivory white teeth, Mineral Elements, Beauty X 3. I called all the companies and canceled all the product I documented each C/S rep I spoke with and time. I had no problemswith Netflix or Ivory White. However Mineral Elements charged my account and said that the order had been shipped. I never recieved recieved any order and I have called and spoken to more than one person, apparently the confirmation# given to me for canx was for just the membership only, which is a crock. I made myself very clear that I did not want the product at all. They told me that I was suppose to call back within a certain amount of days or the order could not be refunded. Which is completely contradictive to their rules say 10 days to canx the order period. I called the same day and now they say I called two days later. Eden Cosmetics is a RIP OFF company and Mineral Elements is assciated with them so they are just as much a {RIP-OFF} ALSO !!!

i started an order but never confirmed it and they still took my credit card and charged me $4.95 to send me a make up kit which I had given final cofirmation for.

I called to find out how to apply cause they did not send anything to explain... ( I am not one who wheres makeup) come to fing out that my FREE trial was going to cost me not only 9.95 for shipping but $125- ! You have got to joking... I canceled asap and they want everyting back...the makeup the brushes everything and you get stuck paying for the shipping both ways to you and back.
This company is a joke and ripping customers off. Never again. To cover my butt I also canceled my credit card. To anyone considering this forget about it.
