I ordered only 1 trial offer and they have sent me 2 sets and they keep taking money out of my account!! Im trying to pay rent and then they take almost $30 more dollars out. I want my money back and they can have the shit back, it sucks any ways.

ON 3/25 I PLACE A ORDER THROUGH NATIONALSURVEYPANEL.COM TO GET A PRIZE, WELL ANY WAYS IT WAS SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT DAY. RECEIVE IT ON THE 29TH. SENT IT BACK 0N THE 30TH. AND DISCOVER THEY CHARGE ME A WHOLE 130.41.!!! FOR WHAT!!! SOMETHING THAT I DONT HAVE, I NEVER OPEN THE BOX. NOTHING AND YOU ONLY HAVE 10 DAYS TO TRY IT OUT . THAT IS SOME BULL****. THEY CHARGE IT ON APRIL THE 5TH.

AND AT THAT WHEN THEY SEND IT THEY SAY IT MAY TAKE 3-5 DAYS EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. BUT HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY U HAVE 10 DAY TRIAL BUT IT DOES NOT EXCEPT THE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS . ITS ALMOST CONTRADICTING WHAT THEY SAY.
ITS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR. WHO HAS MONEY TO WASTE, THE ECONOMY IS BAD ENOUGH.

I paid $1.00 for a 10 day trial of Mineral Elements by EDEN .First when I made the order for the trial it told me that my order did not go thru. Second I called the company that day to make sure my order did not go thru. they told me not to worry it was not in their records so my order did not go thru. On Feb 24th my ordered showed up in a beat up box with mineral elements all over the place. I called the company they told me they would send out a new product & they would not count the time until the 26th the day I should have recieved new product. That never happened. On Feb 28th my account already had the amount of $130.41 taken from my bank account. I never knew it was going to cost that price. I can not afford to pay that much for any one thing due to being on a fixed income. I called them to explain what had happen on Tuesday March 2nd . On top of all this I was miss treated by the people who answer the phones. I now understand what this company runs on. They are the biggest rip offs. They get you to order for $1.00 then they go into your account before the 10 days steal $130.41 from you. SHAME ON YOU MINERAL ELEMENTS . Poor business practice. I know times are tuff but you don't have the right to take what you do not have the right to. You need to have your company investigated by the Banks who allow you to practice credit card fraud & the Federal Goverment. If you are ripping people's hard earned money off .I can only imagin what other scam's you have going on. I do not trust your company, I am now waiting for you to return my money to my account. This entire issue has made me sick, it's people like you who give people a bad taste for on line ordering. I will never order or go to one of those sites again. Never give your card number to anyone on line. You might as well put your info on a public site so they can with draw money any time they feel. This has become a BIG PROBLEM . BANKS NEED TO STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE THE OK TO DO BUSINESS OVER AND OVER . IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE ON LINE YOUR BANK SHOULD HAVE YOUR EMAIL SO THEY CAN SEND YOU A MESSAGE SAYING THAT IT IS OK FOR THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE THAT AMOUNT OUT BEFORE THEY DO IT. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE THAT RIGHT. IT IS OUR MONEY BANKS MAKE IT EASY FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. PROTECT US THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE YOU OUR MONEY. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD MACHINE DOES NOT MAKE THINGS ALL RIGHT.

A SUBSCRIPTON WAS FORCED UPON ME WHEN I ONLY PROVIDED CREDIT CARDINFO TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR A FREE TRIAL. BEFORE THE SAMPLES ARRIVED I WAS ENROLLED IN A TTERILALLY UNSUITABLE PROGRAM WITHOUT MY CONSENT. NOW I AM BEING CHRGED FOR CAUCASIAN PRODUCTS AND I AM BLACK.

IN ADDITION THE DELL COMPUTER WHICH WAS PROMISED AND WAS THE REASON I WAS ON THE SIGHT AT ALL HAS NEVER MATERIALIZED.

I AM UNEMPLOYED AND THE LITTLE RESOURCES I NEED FOR FOOD ARE BEING STOLEN FOR MAKEUP I NEITHER WANT NOR CAN USE.

I NEED THESE CHARGES TO STOP.

I ordered a mineral element on introductory, I had to pay $4.95 for shipping charges no charges for about 15 or 30 days to cancel, I called to cancel about two or three days later, not knowing they charged me $130.41 already it was not disclosed by the phone rep he told me that it was on intro for the $4.95. After about a day or two I received my bank statement an call to find out about the $130.41 charge I was told that Eden charged me .I was not aware of any charges coming from them, and when I called Eden to find out the charges why didn't the rep tell me they had charged me that. That suspious to me also. They tried offering a $20 food certificate when I told them I had not used it and will send it back unused and I wanted my money back they then offerd me $50 take it or leave it so I took back in my account, leaving me very dissatified with this company. The product is not even worth it either and where is the price of these products. What happened to money back guranty IF NOT SATIFIED? I still would like the rest of my money back because I am still very unhappy and that is not just chump change to be just letting go of .I beleive that Eden is a rip off. I will not stop until I am satified.
