unproper explanation on return
I would like to file a complaint about the Mineral Elements Cosmetics Line - I received a "trial" of this makeup and in order to open it to see the "trial" about it I could not return it to the company without it costing me money. My account has been charged $130.31 for something I could not return without opening it to find out how. I would not like to be charged for this product and still expect an explanation on why I am being charged so much money without a way to return it.

scam
Mineral elements is a scam they do not give you ten days . I recieved my trial on the 22 of Nov and I was charged 131 on the 28th of Nov. I cancelled the product the next day after I ordered it becuase I did not want it. I received it on the 22nd and did not even open the box and I received an account alert on 28 from my bank because I had went in overdraft. I called them and they told me there is nothing they can do they saw I cancelled it and no I should have read the card in the box and they usualy do not charge prior to the date but they can't fix it. I left my name for a supervisor to fix the situation and send there stuff back and they said they would take my name and call back today is the 5th of november still no call back.

Charged too much
Never, never..use this product...I really regret trying this product..It is really a rip-off they charged me $130.00 for a 4 pcs of foundation/2.5grams each and 3 pcs. of brushes..

Unauthorized debit from Card
My wife accepted an offer from Eden Cosmetics, and all she had to do was pay S&H, $1.00, Now, they have performed an Unauthorized debit from the card & my wife's bank account.
The money taken was to by food for my family, now we have NOTHING. Eden took out over $133.00.
What are we supposed to do now? how can they / you do this to people.

FRAUD
took advantage of free offer-postage only to be paid--i got the product and was very dissapointed --could not even pick the color--called to cancel and then called later to make sure it was cancelled-they said it was cancelled--3 days later-they charged $ 130.00...ot my card--DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!-I am disputing but it's best to not try it at all

I was charged $3.95 shipping for a FREE sample of Mineral Elements. I went on line to cancel my membership one week after receiving my sample. Received my credit card statement and found that I have been charged $78.41 for another shipment that I did not order and have not received. What do I do now????

They said I will only pay the S & S which was 7.69 . The product was sent Aug. 3, . Aug. 13, I was charged in my credit the amt. of 69.41 in two different credit .

Horrible product/ Huge scam
This make up is a huge joke very very poor quality! This company says there product is free pay only shipping then they charge your account 2 weeks later. You will end up paying over a hundred dollars for this cheap low quality product! Dont get scammed!...
