This company did the same to me as it has done to everyone else here, they made a fraudulent deduction on my bank account for a $69.41 club membership, because I did not return my free trial sample of their product within the alloted 15 day trial period. Like everyone else they refuse to refund the money. This is not only unethical business practices it is a fraudulent misuse of the public's trust in consumer goods.
Upon doing a little investigation I have found that this company and a couple others are owned by the same man, operating out of this same address. His name is Bryan Ryearnson, and he needs to be stopped. Is there anyone in the Harrisburg area who can confront him and see that he stops doing this? I find it hard to believe that this is legal. I have filed complaints with the local tv stations and plan to complain to every radio and tv station within the state until someone investigates his business practices and his ethics. I have also filed a complaint with the local BBB.

I ordered a demo kit for $7.32 and today a charge for $69.41 showed on my debit card. When I inquired I was told I was sent a kit good for 3 months since I didn't return the kit within 15 days. She offered me a $50.00 diners card to help offset the cost. I refused the offer. I offered to return the makeup but sI was informed that after 15 days it couldn't be returned.

I live on Social Security and would have never ordered the makeup.

When I went on line I saw additional complaints on the same issue.

This is a scam and i think something should be done about this.
