will send product after you have cancelled
I have received three orders and billed. I returned the first package back with brushes on 05-22-08. money never refunded. Calls would not be sent to service rep. Only could be replied to by email that never was cancelled. ON 09-30-08 recieved another order sent back 10.02.08
Money not refunded. Talked to Brittany at service.Told I could get my
money refunded. Has not happened. Then I get another order on 11-02-08 my husband called very upset.Supervisor was to call us back yesterday..SHE DID NOT. I am going to send this back today.
PLEASE HELP US WE ARE RETIRED AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS. THIS IS MONEY THAT IS NEEDED FOR JUST KEEPING OUR HEADS ABOVE WATER. Thank you for Helping Mrs. Morton

States that it is all natural scam and rip off
I ordered this makeup because i thought that it was 100% pure and natural as they states on the commercial and in the phamlet that is sent to me that it contains natural anti-inflammatory properties and it will not upset the natural skin balance but it turns out i am allergic to this makeup and i have been trying to call the number that is provided but i am unable to reach anyone. I sent a email hoping some one will email me back. So who ever out there read these complaints please do not fall for what we fell for I hope like the other complaints that i read that some one stops these people. I think they are misrepresenting there makeup and they are a rip off.

Can't be reached steel money
After speaking to customer service they said it was a beauty club that you would be sent things monthly & charged to my credit card. I explained that I didn't want to have that type of commitment with something I have never tried before and canceled the order. It arrived anyway. I can't find anyone one on staff by phone or e-mail to have an RMA# to send the product back to. I will alert my credit card company regarding any future charges as I continue to call the 866-363-6797 number.

Rip-off
Was scammed into trying product for $1.00. Before product reached home they already charged my credit card $60.00. Am trying to resolve via e-mail to no avail. They will probably charge my account again soon for another shipment I do want.

Terrible experience!
I purchased Purity Mineral Foundation from Mineral Science on a trial basis. After paying for the two month supply of $59.99 I decided it was too expensive to continue. I received the next shipment at $29.99 which was paid by my credit card before I received it, unknown to me. I returned the product and wrote to the company canceling my club membership and requesting a refund.
I never received a response or my money back and was charged again the following month. This time I never received a product. I am going to the bank to see if I can stop that withdrawal and have written to Mineral Science again to no avail.
This is a horrible way to do business. Their phone number just rings and rings.

Product never received!
When is my order supposed to be at my home? i have ordered other stuff the same day as i ordered the mineral science. I have received the other stuff, but not the mineral science. Whats going on!! I am not happy!

Unable to reach by phone!
I have been trying in vain to reach this company by phone and have been left repeatedly on hold. I would like to return this product and according to the instructions, I cannot do that until I receive from them an RMA number. This is an unbelievable ripoff. I am instructing my credit card company not to pay the $59.99 charge for this product, since I have already paid an introductory trial cost of $8.95. The website the customer is referred to to get the RMA return number does not exist! This is a clever ripoff because of all the built in walls that prevent me from communicating my request to cancel my membership. This company should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau pronto before others get victimized like I have!

Mineral Science illegal charges, sending illegal order!
Mineral Science drew out of my credit card $69.99 for two tiny cosmetic containers, had about one ounce of product in each- when I discovered it the charge on my credit card bill, (that would have taken me at least two weeks or more, as these days there is so many complications in everybody's life - it is just unimaginable - I called the phone number listed on my bank account where the no. of the co. was listed. Nothing but answering machine that leaves a .com www. that you can't understand. They are always closed. They know that NO ONE has the time anymore to chase down their elusiveness. They are stealing the American consumers money, not asking you if you want an order, just sending the order and charging your account no matter how many times you tell them you canceled the order.
