I am trying to return their product and not get billed for anymore and I can't get anyone on the phone as it is always busy.

I feel so stupid, I only wish I'd read these complaints BEFORE being taken in by the $1.00 trial, ( if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is) I too, have been trying to call the service at 866-363-6797 only to get busy signals. The e-mail address sent me to various advertising web-sites offering the product... no direct access to get my RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). What now? Am I stuck receiving and being charged $59.99 every other month, I don't think so!!! By the way... it does NOT minimize the appearance of fine lines, if anything in emphasizes them! Another thing... you only have 14 days after your "sign-up date to evaluate the make-up, but in reality, by the time you receive it... you only have a few days!!! To say the least I'm really upset!!!
