Can't contact them
Does anyone have a number or a way to stop the charges, the 866-365-8654 # does't work, it has been canceled. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

unauthorized charges
I keep getting unauthorized charges from Mini Credit Report and some months they are 14.95 and some months they are 19.95. They are taking from my child support card. This has been going on for months! I have hundreds of dollars taken from my child over this! I am disputing with my CC company and they just found this company has been DOUBLE charging me these charges! They said it was a fraud and i have processed a claim with them. This has really put me in a bad situation as i am a single mother of two children and trying to support them! I hope someone does somethign about this company!!!

UNAUTHORIZED MONTHLY CHARGE OF $14.95 AND THEN INCREASED TO $19.95
I ordered a free credit report from this company. I have been charged monthly for membership that I did not order. I didn't realize I was being charged as I belong to a different credit reporting company. MINI Credit report is misleading. Refuse to refund. States when free credit report is ordered there is a listing in the ad about a 7 day free trial and BEWARE. If you don't call and cancel this automatic FREE TRIAL you WILL be charged a monthly fee.

charges that cannot be stopped
I got my credit report several months ago and have been charged $14.95 monthly for a monitoring service that I did not order. I have tried unsuccessfully to stop this charge with no luck. What a scam!!!
