Well, I received a crib and mattress set from a friend for my baby shower. Which was purchased from babies R us on 07/24/09. I had my son on 07/27/09 and received my crib and mattress on the 08/04/09. My husband put the crib together and once everything was put 2gether we notice the mattress did not fit the crib, so we then contacted babies R us to see what they can do to help us with our situation! You would think that it would be just a matter of returning the mattress and recieveing a gift card in the amount of what the mattress was purchase for? Real simple right? Wrong!!! It is now 10/08/09 and my child is now going on 2 and half month old and I have yet to receive my gift card from babies R us... my husband and I have called Toy R us on-line department and @ frist we were told that they sent the card out but to the billing address (which were my friends who purchased the items for me) and not to the shiper address. When called Toy R Us again they assure us that a new card would be mailed out!!! And yet and still we have received Nothing!!! I just wanted to expolded Toy R us for the crooks that they are! I will never purchase anything from they on-line department again...
