fraud charge
i was checking my card statement and found a charge that i never made on my credit card.

$14.95 Charge to my Credit Card, I did not authorize.
I went on line on a ad for free credit report, received one report from one company, they ask if I wanted a report from all three Credit Companies, it would cost me I said No.; They still charged me

Unauthorized charges
September i had used a site (annualcreditreport.com) for a free credit report. Each credit card bill after that had a 14.95 charge from minicreditreport.com on it. i called once and told them to take it off and reimburse me and the lade said that they would. next month, i had the same charge on it again.

unauthorized charges
I got charged for something that I did not ask for and I did not purchase. I have received nothing from this company. I tried calling their 800 number which is 866-883-3309, and was told that the number is no longer in service. I want my money back.

theft
Unknown company gained access to my credit card account and placed unauthorized charge
to my account. $ 14.95
Card company notified and all or any charges will be frozen till circumstances for charge determined.
Much to my happiness they are very aggressive and have been with me since 1971
Also will seek out any class action suits for wrongful credit activities Number listed is 866-883-3309

$14.95 was debit from my account
there was a another$14.95 taken from my account i am tired of this same tranaction coming out of my acctount this suppose to have been cancelled a long time back why is this still being debit from my account I want it to stop now this is a ripe off and this better stop right now there not be another debit from my account and iwant my money back in my account ASAP right there better not be anything else debit from account Put My $14.95 you took out on 716/09 you took $14.95 from me last month and i want it all back a total $29.90 and i want it back in my account the same way you took it out i want it put back and if it aint cancelled i want it to be cancelled.

Unauthorized charges!
As the others I have read here, I am being charged $9.95 a month for a service I did not order. I ordered a ONE time credit report, the started being charged $9.95 every month (sometimes twice in a month!). I have emailed them, they said I have to call, I said I wasn't going to sit on the phone for "the next available customer service rep, and since I didn't order the service, they need to cancel it. I have an email saying that they would go ahead and cancel it, to which I replied that I didn't just want it canceled, I want a total refund for all of the bogus charges. Suddenly I'm back to I have to call the office. I don't know how they get by like this because I have seen several boards such as this one which lists this company as the bottom of the barrel. I also have three charges, each for $40.00 that generated online (it appears to be quarterly) and I suspect this is also from them. The bank gave me a number associated with these $40, and it was a private voice mail.
I am on my way now to report them to the BBB, and then I will go to the bank and fill out the fraud paperwork.
