I want to express my utmost disappointment regarding SingTel Customer Care Hotline and SingTel Hello Shop being not able to help me regarding my bill disputes that starting since about a year ago.

Complaint #1) I had another mobile line which was terminated long ago, and I noticed I over paid the said account S$57.67; I requested the amount to be credited to my another active account on last June 2010, over the counter at Jurong Point Hello Shop.
Today 21 Apr 2011, after about 10 months later, I received my Bill dated 19 Apr 2011, specifying my MONEY S$57.67 is credited to my CLOSED account. Means, I am not getting back my MONEY??? Why not transfer the amount to my active account???

Complaint #2) I signed another one new mobile line and renew my active mobile line contract on May 2010; means now I have 2 active mobile contract, and Mio Home plan (BroadBand 6Mbps Unlimited/Mio TV/Tel Fix line). With these subscriptions now, supposing I am enjoying Mio Home REWARDS, i.e. 20% discount for 2 mobile lines, Free caller ID for first mobile line @ S$5 each month e.t.c. (I have the promotion brochure kept with me till now).
OMG, I only realized now there is such thing that I need to nominate my mobile line to enjoy the so called exclusive privileges!!! What happened every month for a year is, I am "over charged" S$5 each month for caller ID, 20% discount not given to me (except only 15% discount is given to another mobile line).
I am NOT happy, because the Customer Care Hotline told me that from next billing onwards, I will enjoy the so called exclusive privileges, and said sorry to me.
SORRY no cure. I am considering furthering pursuing and seeking advice from relevant parties. CASE??? Small Claims Tribunals??? Advise from anyone PLEASE??? Thank you.
