I received a certificate for the salon for a day spa treatment from my son. First of all they did not record my appointment correctly. They had my appt down for another day. I asked to speak with the owner, Lisa Dunning she was quite rude and expected me to make another appointment and come back. I was not willing to do that and she was not willing to squeeze me in or issue a refund. This was quite upsetting and I will not be going back to that salon Mirabella's of Merrimack, NH! Also, my girlfriend went for a color, cut, wash, and style and the stylist cut her hair too short, and the color was way too dark! Stylists need to listen to their customers.
I will continue to go to Innovations in Merrimack, NH they have such a fabulous staff and are very gracious!
