I called Ronco company customer service line today regarding miracle blade III knife handle had broke loose in addition to the on the scissors in the set. Ronco's 100% lifetime warrant required me to pay shipping, handling and TAX!!!, which ended up being 20% of what I had originally paid for the entire set of knives. They were rude and unwavering. While they verified my charge card, for the SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAX, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and I finally called back and was again addressed in a rude and unprofessional manner. Before getting off the phone they tried to put the total hard sell on "a few additional knife sets." I'm good at saying NO but the guy just kept with the hard sell script, all sets with $9.95 with shipping and handling charges fully intact. Good luck "Ron!" I feel ripped off and the while the knives have performed well, are not particularly well made and their guarantee and customer service SUCK! Based on this I Be Ware of all of Ron Co's stuff!
