I made an agreement to pay off my debt in small amounts and did not authorize for them to draft out of my account. They drafted the full amount out of my account anyway. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they told me it was an error on my part. I have written down in front of me the amount to be paid to the cent and it was much different from what they took out. I'm not sure what to do next.
