Ever since I moved to Mission Park Green Apartments in Plano I have had problems. I did not know that now Plano has become the ghetto. FIRST they left sharp carpet staples all over the apartment, dangerous. My hot water did not work for 2 months until I complained enough times that they finally fixed it. It took them 2 months to make me a second mailbox key (one of the two they issued me didn't work). The lady in the office I asked about the key didn't tell anyone, but she told me they were working on it when I inquired a week later. She lied to me. Finally I talked to someone else and they said no one had ordered the key so I had to wait longer. ANOTHER DAY I received a notice that "Numerous noticed have been sent to you..." (Mind you this was the FIRST notice)...that I owed 10.00 and they were going to lock me out of my apartment and possibly evict me. WOW. They could have just called me, I paid it the day I got the notice. Aparently crime is rampant here as I have received various warning notices to take care with vehicles and bikes. Their are alot of unattended children who play in the parking lot, they ask me for money when I leave my apartment. I also see them leaning on my vehicle sometimes. I got a video surveilance system because my vehicle was damaged and things were stolen from my patio. Then some kids came up to my door yelling at the video camera, saying "Hey people, can you see me..." ect. When I informed the local officer on the premises he said there was nothing he could do about the harrassment because they are young. Their are alot of illegal activities going on at this complex, many people seem to live in each one bedroom apartment and most people here speak Spanish instead of English. If you are Causian I suggest you don't move here, because their is alot of racism. Look up "Conquest of Aztlan" or "La Raza" if you want to know more about the ideology of some of the ppl who harrass us for being white.
