I have been using Airtel from past 5 years.My Add on
connection is 99457 95460.Due to the exhoborate bills had requested the
customer care for migrating it to Prepaid connection but on talk with the customer care executive I got convinced and decided to retain the same
postpaid connection. But within 24 hours of the conversation Adhon sim
connection got disconnected. On query, came to know that it has been
migrated to Prepaid without prior intimation/confirmation. Even after
repeated requests the migration is not getting retrieved. For the past one week from (16/11/07 till today) without connection I had been disconnected from the world. "NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" Have called nearly 40 times to Customer Care. But every time
I get to hear apologetic words but the problem never got resolved. I never
thought taking a connection from Airtel is going to be such a headache.
