I to checked out the "Resveratrol Ultra " and during my research found a site that actually gave a number you could call and get information about the product and how the trial works. I also found out that this company is a true company, meaning honest. They will work with you and if you take the trial she advised me to call and cancel about 4 days after it is shipped to make sure there are no charges . get the product and try it, if I liked it and it worked for me to call back and they would start my account again with a special price because I am electing to use the product. What I found amazing was the pricing to begin with. The " Resveratrol Ultra " was priced at about $90.00 a month and that didn't seem right by my account for what it was. It seemed fair to me that this product could be bought for around $40.00 or less a month. This other company I found is doing just that and the company information I searched out turned out to be good. the customer service number I called, and invite you all to call is 1-866-258-5890, the product is "REZMELTS" giving you all the things you are looking for relating to this product . They stand behind it 100%. the billing is $89.95 bi-monthly making ot around $40, 00 a month to use. if you want to email them you can do that as well, but it is better to call them and see how well they handle the customer service of the company. I am ordering the trial, which by the way is just a 15 day supply no more. Then will call them to have them continue with the shippments. That is how they suggested I do that. they were great to deal with. For those of you that have already been chgd by " Resveratrol Ultra " Call your credit card company and "DISPUTE" the unauthorized chg, if necessary have them chg your account number and issue another card because of the fraud chg. that is what I had to do with one company. My credit card company was very happy to help me and get that done so no other charges would be allowed from that one company. Just a suggestion.
