This guy has put a freeze on my account for a 1991 credit card bill. He never notified me. The party I spoke to in his office said they had a judgment against me from 1994. I never knew about that because I had moved and never got the summons to go to court. He would not make payment arrangements and wouldn't even listen to garnishing my salary. He refused to open my account. He told me several times to borrow the money. His last words were don't call me until Friday. I stopped my direct deposit today.
