falls apart when suing

I bought Mitchum Smart Solid for Women, I have used it 4 times, The first time the whole top that was rolled up when you first open it. Fell off and went into my toilet. The 3 times I used it pieces keep breaking off and falling on the floor or in my toilet. It is not worth the money I spent on it. Because I can not use it. The UPC code is 3 0997-0956-14 1. Crumbles

By the 2nd time I used it it was starting to crumble. I kept trying to use & the crumbling just got worse! I was very disappointed as Mitchum has had such a good reputation. Being menopausal I keep trying to find products that are going to work for me. This one was a big disappointment ESPECIALLY because it is a higher priced product. Did not live up to its reputation.
