This is a check scam that wants you to deposit money into your account, send them a check from you while you keep 12% of the deposit. Then the deposits you have made do not clear and you are out your own money.
This is a total scam!! I usually can spot these but this slipped past me from a job posting on Craigs List in Chicago.

Watch for these and report them when you find them! This is my first.
