Supposed to be free
I thought I was getting a free credit report and they are now charging me a monthly fee of 11.95 I called to complain and they said I should have read the disclosure.

Unauthorized monthly charges
MNI Credit Report have deducted unauthorized charges of $9.95 for 10 months from my credit card. I intended to get a free credit report (as they advertised); but they started charging me $9.95 per month, for what I don't know. I never used their site again.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I just happened to find a mni credit report charge on my credit card. I never used mni. When i called to cancel and complain they had excess to a e mail address i haven't used in six months.they also were familiar with my social security # Now I am concerned. Can or will they make use of it and how would I prevent it. Thank you

They took money out of my account with out my knowledge. What can i do about it? I am mad as hell. Advise smb plz!

Unauthorized charges!
MNI Credit Report has been charging me 11.95 dlls a month for credit reports I didn't request. I used their services one time and specifically requested that they cancel my "membership", which they said they did, but I have been charged over and over. I will cancel through my bank.

Unauthorized charge
Back in November of 2006 i ordered a free online credit report. After receiving the credit report Immediatly called and cancelled the service. Since then I have been charged $9.95 once a month since and it is october 2007. I called the company and they refused to give me a refund. I even told them who I talked to in november and they still refused to give me a refund. It was around 7:55 pm when i talking to them and they said they would have to transfer me to a supervisor. They transferred me to someones voicemail. When i tried to call back they had cut the phones off and said they close at 8pm. This company os the biggest scam I have ever seen.

For WHAT!!!
I signed up for a "free credit" report....
My bank has been notified of this charge and it is in dispute...

Unauthorized embezzlement of funds!
I have contacted my credit union three times now, to try and stop electronic verification of $9.95 per month for the last three months from this scam company. Anyone who wishes to pursue a class action law suit against this company with me, please let me know. Companies like this give internet companies a very bad reputation!
