Unauthorized charges!
I don't remembering signing up for an online credit report, but the company tells me I did in January and then proceeded to charge my credit card $9.95 a month until August. I did not authorize them to charge my credit card nor did I receive a credit report.

Making unauthorized charges to my credit card!
I have never done business with this organization yet they are billing my credit card for credit checks. I have never done business with any credit reporting agency except Equifax and that was in Jan/Feb time. This company is saying that I made transactions with them on 5/24 and 6/13. None of these occurred nor were these transactions authorized.

Charging my credit for services not requested
I have called and no one answers the phone number on my credit card charge. I have contacted my credit company and they will just "write" this same debt off, so these people are still getting their, for service not requested and the credit card company eats the debt and they have to pass it on to the consumer in higher interest rates...

Figured out how to cancel
I was having a problem, getting charged 9.95 a month. to cancel that, call 866-408-4016... and just tell them you want to cancel the recurring charge... the actual website is my.creditreport.com.

Monthly double charges
This was supposed to be free but I am being charged double! Every month on my checking account statement they are making two charges of $7.95 each for a total of $17.90. This has been going on for 6 months. The only was you can notify them are M-F during day hours when am working. Why should I pay my bank to stop these transactions? Do you have any advise how I can stop these debits and how I can retrieve the money they have already taken from me?

Fraudulent unauthorized charges
Their site said free credit reports and gave no indication charges would follow. When I called them after finding two charges for $9.95 each and for the month of April; I was informed that their site stated if I did not want their service I had to cancel it within 30 days. I didn't subscribe to it in the first place as it said free credit reports. They also said they could not and would not do anything about it How can they advertise free report and then continue to charge the following month for nothing. They gave no further service of any kind. This is fraudulent.

Unauthorized debits to my account
This company is deducting fees from my account that I never authorized. I have never even heard of this credit reporting company.
