did not recieve service promised
I contacted them for free credit report. They sent me a temporary password to access my credit to make sure there were no charges or transactions that I didn't do. They were supposed to be sending me yearly credit reports. Temporary password never worked. They have been taking 11.95 out of my checking account every month and I have never recieved anything, no credit reports, nothing. I cannot find a number to reach them to cancel .

UNauthorized Charge
I looked at my Januarycredit card bill and noticed that there was an unauthorized charge by MNI Credit Report for $12.95. I have attempted to contact them and cannot get an accurate answer. I need to have these charges dropped and future charges to cease.

Thieves
I also went to this website for my "free " credit report . Since then I have been charged 12.95 per month for a service I never authorized and never used. Even if I wanted to use it I would not be able to as I was never provided with a user ID.
I am currently in dispute with them with my credit card compnay. I refuse to pay them one dime.
I did call today and canceled what I did not authorize in the first place and I got a confirmation number
I also would like to enter a complaint to the BBB or whomever. I will take suggestions as to where to start with this procedure.

EVERY MONTH PURCHASE OF $11.95 UNAUTHORIZED ON MY DEBIT CARD.
I CANCELED SUBCRIPTIONS ON SAME DAY OF FREE CREDIT REPORT OFFER.

Charged credit card after cancelation
In November of 2008 I was charged $11.95 twice towards my credit card. When I signed up for "Free" Credit Report.com I thought it was "free." I suppose not. I called and received one payment of $11.95 back, but they could not refund both charges. I said Okay. At least I get some money back. I canceled the account. Here it is January 2009. I am once again charged two payments of $11.95. I call the company to tell them that I have already canceled my account with them so I should no longer be getting charged and I would like to receive my money back. They say there is no prior data that I have called them and they will not refund my money. Keep in mind I am a student and have no income. I am furious and start crying on the phone with them. They still tell me they cannot refund my money. So i talk to a supervisor, who tells me the same thing. So I ask to talk to someone higher. This man was very rude. He in turn gave me my money back. But did so with attitude and hung up on me and wouldn't let me explain my situation. He even had the nerve to tell me that I was lying about my previous call! These people are scum! Don't fall for the FREE CREDIT REPORT commercials!!! They are not FREE!!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
My credit card has been charged 11.95 on December 4th, 24th, and is being charged again at this very moment. I only asked for a one month subscription to view my credit report and my card has been being charged more than once a month ever since then. Cancel my membership, needless to say I wont be doing business with you anymore, thanks to all of these charges. Also, last month I was charged twice. Please remove my name and anything else of mine from your database.
