Unauthorized Charges
I have been getting charged $12.95. I signed up for a FREE credit report!! Yet they continue to charge me! I am trying to get ahold of my credit card company now. This is absolutely rediculous.

Unauthorized charge
I asked this firm for a free credit report. I received the credit report and was charget $12.95 for what should be a free credit report under law. I expect a refund of my unauthorized charge of $12.95 immediately, and I want any other reports cancelled and any other charges abated immediately.

CALLED TO CANCEL SERVICE AS OFFERED WITH NO CHARGED/BUT WAS STILL CHARGED TWICE/DOUBLE CHARGED.
COMPANY ADVERTISED FREE CREDIT REPORT IF CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS. CALLED TO CANCEL BUT WAS NOT ONLY CHARGED ONCE BUT TWICE.

Unauthorized Monthly Charges
After inquiring Creditreport.com for a credit report and accepting the 25.00 charge per report. I was charge 12.95 every month without my authorization for service of monitoring.

Monthly charges
I used this service once in pay. First they overcharged me. Now they are taking $11.95 out of my bank account every month. My bank told me that I will have to pay $33 /month stop payment to stop this charge. How do I get them to stop?

AUTO PMT NOT AUTHORIZED
I WENT TO BUY SOMETHING TODAY, TO HAVE MY CARD DECLINED, SO I CAME HOME AND LOOKED AND MIND YOU I HAVE A PRE-PAID DEBIT ONLY ACCOUNT AND THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME $12.95 UNAUTHORIZED, I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY CREDIT REPORTS OFFLINE, THEY GOT MY INFO AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THINGS ILLEGAL AS I READ MORE COMPLAINTS THE SAME AS MINE. NOW I WILL HAVE TO GO THRU ANOTHER BANK CARD CHANGE LIKE I DID A FEW MONTHS AGO, THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

unauthorized charges
I used this company's site for a free credit report that required registering a credit card to access the report. The instructions indicated that I had to cancel the credit monitoring feature to avoid charges. I attempted to cancel by emailing the request through their customer service link. About a week after the cancellation attempt I was billed 12.95 for credit monitoring. I have sent a new email to them through their direct link (website above) and informed them that the charge was unauthorized and is being reported to several agencies and my bank.
